Two stories chain
Christopher Cavalcante

1950. Emerged the "Stockholders Kaloré", municipality of Apucarana.
There were hundreds of rural workers to cutting down weeds and training of the coffee plantations.
These men were marshaled by leaders known as "cats." Of all, one stood out for its seriousness in performing the services, the ability to coalesce and the discipline imposed on his men.
Skin color was known as "Black Cat" and so presented itself.
Was the most popular figure in the village spring.
Entrepreneur, then set up a "sale" to provide liquor, tobacco and food for the workers.
To prevent "leakage" of currencies, amounted to "Boite Black Cat" which, in practice, received plenty of back wages goers.
It was not enough that the location had not a chain, which should be collected drunks and troublemakers who tumultuavam the nights the boite.

There was a military policeman, but without authority because he can not demonstrate his power, arresting people.
Black Cat, the crusade for civic construction chain, became disillusioned with the negative and the promises of the authorities.
Man of action as ever, decided, at its expense, on their own property, construct the building for the chain, opened with festive delivery of the key to the Military Police, giving you able to "do his duty".
The "bebemorações" by the event were the boite.
Black Cat, euphoric doses of abused and turned into feline violent, threatening guests, armed with knife, unavailing efforts to contain it.
Lock him in jail was the only option left to the soldier. Was there until the next morning, when he was released under the laughter of the population.
On the same day, taking advantage of the absence of the police, Black Cat rallied his men and, in a few hours, demolished the building he had built with so much enthusiasm and civility.
It was the place in history as the man who built it was the only one arrested and demolished the first chain Kaloré.
In 1954, the town of S. Peter Ivaí was elevated to a district.
John Furtado, a pioneer, born peacemaker in the midst of people restless, was, by general consensus, stated to be the first Sub-Chief of Police.
The most serious cases were taken to the Police Headquarters of the county where tramitavam processes. The Sub-Delegate merely interfere in fights between neighbors and small cases that could be resolved by conciliation. The biggest problem was the drunken weekend when there was a need to take someone circulation "to the spending binge."
The jail was built crate reinforced under a shed with a dirt floor, cold and wet.
In the village there was a popular type, Zulmira such, an alcoholic who regularly had to hold him to heal carrapanas.
That night, once again Zulmira out "boxed". It was a Saturday (always Saturday!) Of rain and cold.
An outsider, also drunk, was arrested and placed in the same cubicle.
Sunday was a day of rain all day and only on Monday the Sub-Delegate
let the two, after the usual recommendations.
The prisoner, never to be heard from.
Three months later, estavajoão Furtado in his office when, without permission, entered Zulmira, this time sober but furious, accusing the Sub-Delegate responsible for the child who had the guts, the fruit of that prison correctional in cold nights, along with a man she had never seen before, or know what direction was taken later.
So, Sub-Inspector, how is it?
