The Itamarcrty and 65 km
Valerio Hoerner Junior

The construction of the Palace Foreign Ministry was started in 1851 in the so-called Broad Street San Joaquin, current Marechal Floriano, in Rio de Janeiro.
Property of the first Baron of that name, in the baptistery Francisco José da Rocha, situated almost in the corner of Campo de Santa Ana, named after the acclaim and fame and now Republic Square, was purchased by the newly established republican government in mid-December 1889 to serve as head of government resistance.
Purchase was closed gate, with everything that was inside.
Only in 1897, Prudente de Morais there would retire to the Largo Town Valdetaro in Catete Palace Nova Friburgo, just getting this known as Presidential Palace and serving to the presidential residence until 1960, when the inauguration of Brasilia Kubitschek porjuscelino.
Dr. Rodrigo Otavio de Menezes Langaard (Campinas, SP, 1866 - Rio, 1944), jurist, writer, diplomat, Brazilian delegate at numerous international conferences, was in 1894, Attorney General and was invited by President elected to hold office Secretary of the Presidency.
So that, on Inauguration Day, Prudente de Morais followed the presidential palace - the Foreign Ministry.
Says Rodrigo Otavio at the hands of Gustavo Barroso in his book "History of the Foreign Ministry Palace",the first and second editions in 1955 and 1968, which identified when entering rooms lined with beautiful damask, trimmed them all rich period furniture, but without any identity, brands or use things that's worth. The only sign of life was found in one of the back rooms, an open casket on the beautiful mosaic of wood-containing papers, torn papers, and untold numbers of empty beer bottles ... All this was observed by the crowd, curious, assenhoriou up the Palace.
Unbelievable!
Account so that one day, opening there for simple curiosity drawer console one of those rich rooms, it found paperwork in disarray, forgotten for sure when the output fudge Marshal Floriano Peixoto, the predecessor of the first civilian president of the Republic.
Examining it, found that it was very precious documents, and, among others, just the military investigation on the shootings in Paraná, including the Baron of Serro Azul, in Lock, 65 km from Curitiba-Paranaguá railway.
Without delay, marched them to the National Archives.
And, also without further ado, gone all uploaded documents - and especially the survey - both from the National Archives as public outreach, because it, in that copy found in 1894, the very recent facts and therefore have not manipulated, would certainly be inserted the evidence on the behest of the crime, this is likely to date the most exotic and naive conjecture.
