The poet seer

Manoel Ribas would command the destinies of our state for nearly fourteen years in a row.
From 1932 to 1945, either as Governor or as Interventor, mark with their attitudes unpredictable and irreverent, with his peculiar way of acting and thinking, with its sweeping and explosive temper, his sudden moments of thoughtlessness, the administrative and political history Paraná.
